Step 3: Exercise

This is easy

THE SECRET TO SLASHING FAT: 30 – 60 minutes exercise, 6 days a week. Not negotiable.

The Rules

  1. You MUST cycle and/or run.
  2. You ABSOLUTELY must do weights. Essential. Doing weights strengthens your bones (helping ward off osteoperosis) AND helps build lean muscle. Lean muscle needs loads of energy. So, loading up lean muscle increases your base calorie requirement, thereby aiding you burn more fat. You will reach a tipping point whereby your BMR plus exercised diet will give your body no choice but to burn fat.
  3. No excuses. Up at 6AM to run or ride (trust me, you’ll get addicted), or in the arvo. Your call.

That’s it! Easy eh? No secrets. No strict regimes. No “you must do this for this week” and so on. There are NO silver bullets. No secret training.

All you need to do is get moving and get your heart going.
