Step 4: Discipline

It’s hard. It really is.

You have to keep persevering. If you’re not losing weight, and following what I’ve given you, then you need to work harder. No more sneaky Tim Tam snacks. Get serious about this.

Exercise. Every day. You’ll feel better, and look better. 30 mins is good, 1 hour is way, way better.

Plan a ride, go for a run, do something. Do anything. Join my 10 week beginner’s program [coming soon]. Ride with friends or family.
